Mid Autmn Festival

On Friday, I performed a show called "小猪不冲凉" at my school to celebrate Mid Autumn Festival. In the afternoon, 陈老师 scolded Gerald, Yu An and me for running around the classroom after she rearranged the tables and chairs. When our Chinese Speech and Drama's teachers came, they gave us the costumes for our performance. We wore it and went for the rehearsal. We performed badly. However, our actual performance that night was very good. 陈老师 praised us for putting on a wonderful performance. We were very proud of ourselves.

After the concert ended, we brought our lanterns and walked around the school. We soon arrived at the canteen. We had a school party there. There were many food prepared for us. The dishes were very delicious. There was even a competition on pomelo peeling and I participated it with my mother. Unfortunately, we lost the game. The judge gave us the pomelo to bring it home. I had a great time with my friends.

Yesterday, I visited my grandmother's house. I played with Jowell's toy "Beyblade" at the balcony. I was very shocked when I spun it and it flew out of the grill. I quickly informed Jowell and he asked his mother to find it with him. My mother asked me to pray hard that Jowell will find his toy. Luckily, Jowell found his toy and he asked me to be careful the next time.

At night, there was Mid Autumn Festival Celebration at the void deck. We got ourselves ready at 8pm to attend Jowell's class performance on the stage. I enjoyed his performance very much. Again, there was pomelo peeling and eating competition. I participated it with Jowell and his father. Together, we were the fastest team to complete the game and won a $5 NTUC voucher each. There was also a lucky draw at the end of the celebration. My number was called and I won another $5 NTUC voucher.

We went to the playground to play with fire crackers. Skyler's mother brought some fire crackers of us. It was so fun and exciting. May Way hurt both of her knees when she tripped and fell to the ground. Both of her knees were bleeding profusely. I was very worried for her.

I had a marvellous times with Jowell, May Way and Zhong Han.

Catholic High School's Chinese Orchestra

On Monday, I went for my swimming lesson and something horrible had happened. It rained cats and dogs and there were even lightning. So we cannot start our practice and I was so upset. Finally, we can proceed with the practice when there was no more lightning.
Half way through my lesson, I asked my swimming teacher, Mr Nelson Toh "Why are we swimming in the rain?"
He replied "Don't worry about that. Continue to swim."
I said "Okay."
We also went to the deep pool. I was so scared to get into the deep pool. It was the scariest moment I had.

On Thursday, I went to the Singapore Conference Hall to watch a performance by Catholic High School's Chinese Orchestra. They played a very nice piece of music called "生日歌". I love it so much. During the performance, I noticed that my classmate, Ewan, who is sitting on my left, fell fast asleep. He slept on Mr Tan's lap. Ewan cried when the music got louder. Mr Tan then brought him to the toilet. As soon as the performance ended, we met them at the foyer. It was the best day I had.

Yesterday, we planned to visit the zoo but it rained heavily. So, we decided to go to the Explorer Kid at Downtown East instead. I had a great time playing with May Way on the slides. In fact, we slided a total of six times. May Way and I had an unforgettable time together.

Picture Composition - A Trip to Malacca

It was a sunny morning. John, Sam , Tim, Sally and Jane went for a trip to Malacca with their teacher, Ms Lim. Ms Lim read out the itinerary to them. They soon arrived at a Christian Church. John took some photographs of Jane and Tim at the church. Just beside it was a clock tower. After a while, they visited the Malacca River. It was a long river. Then, they took a bus to a souvenir shop to buy some souvenirs. They bought some items home to remind them of the trip. Everyone had a great time on that day.

Dispute

Yesterday, we went to our grandmother's house. I was happy to see Jowell as I am looking forward to play with him.

However, we had a dispute over what game to play. Jowell wanted to play with my DS while I wanted to play a game of football with him. I was so disappointed and went to my father for a solution. He told me to ask politely if I want to play with them. I did exactly what he told me and we became friends again. Zhong Han found two remote controlled animatronic dinosaurs. Jowell and I had a fun time battling it out together.

We had a marvellous day.
